EASY INSTALLATION – The HANDZ Pull Up Bar is ready to use right out of the box. No tricky assembly, no confusing instructions! To install, simply spin each end until the bar is about the width of your doorway, twist the bar away from you for a secure fit.
NO HOLES OR MARKS – Our new patented strong-rubber design reduces marks on your doorway, because we don’t use screws, you’ll never have holes in your wall. Ensure that the door surface is solid and simply turn the exercise bar until it fits tightly on the doorframe.
VERSATILE FULL BODY WORKOUT – Install the bar at the top of the doorway for traditional pull-ups. Lower it for pushups, dips, sit-ups, crunches, leg raises and other stretches or exercises.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO – Make sure the yellow checkmark and yellow arrows are pointing up, do NOT install with the red x on top. Be sure that the black sideways arrow is pointing towards the yellow checkmark!
